Responsibilities:
  • EDI System Optimization:
    • Set up, maintain and configure partner integrations for seamless data exchange
    • Ensure optimal performance through regular system monitoring and maintenance
    • Implement EDI standards and new transaction types based on business requirements
  • Project Management:
    • Lead EDI implementation initiatives and projects from conception to completion
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including SAP teams and 3PL partners
  • Data Mapping and Transaction Handling:
    • Develop and maintain accurate data maps and transaction sets
    • Analyze and transform data to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting services
    • Train internal teams in EDI processes and systems to enhance their ability to resolve issues independently
    Requirements:
    • Strong understanding of EDI technology and standards
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
