Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Specialist in IT EDI Administration to support and enhance electronic data interchange processes across enterprise systems.

This role will focus on ensuring seamless data flow between trading partners, vendors, and internal business applications while maintaining compliance and high standards of data integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integrations with business applications (ERP, supply chain, finance, etc.).
  • Manage onboarding of new trading partners and maintain EDI maps, specifications, and communication protocols.
  • Collaborate with business teams to analyze and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with EDI standards and company policies, including data security and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with vendors, IT teams, and external partners to support integration projects.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, technical specs, and partner guidelines.
  • Provide support for audits, testing, and validation of new or modified EDI processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based EDI platforms or integration tools.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
