Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver projects in data engineering and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics workflows.
This role involves managing cross-functional teams to execute data platform, pipeline, and analytics initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and operations teams to define project requirements and success metrics.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Track project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, and report status to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in project management within a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
