About This Role

Risk Management
  • Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and communicate risks to stakeholders.
Quality Assurance
  • Ensure that quality standards are integrated into the development process.
  • Monitor project deliverables to meet established quality gates.
Performance Monitoring
  • Measure project progress using data-driven approaches.
  • Conduct regular checkpoints to track actions and ensure accountability.
Mentorship and Team Development
  • Mentor team members, fostering a culture of inclusiveness and collaboration.
  • Encourage professional development through training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Experience
  • 15+ years of experience in technology delivery roles.
Skills
