Job Overview:

The Lead – Strategy and Policy plays a pivotal role at the nexus of regulation, business strategy, and policy advocacy.

This is a high-impact position requiring a mix of creativity, analytical rigor, and a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks.

  • Develop and articulate policy positions across diverse sectors including telecom, broadcasting, financial services, entertainment, and digital ecosystems.
  • Monitor, analyze, and track competition, market, and regulatory trends to provide strategic updates in support of policy advocacy.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, regulatory submissions, and communication strategies to influence key stakeholders.
  • Establish standardized reporting mechanisms to track regulatory engagements and advocacy outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within Regulatory teams and other cross-functional teams (Legal, Compliance, Product, Network, Ops, etc.) to ensure alignment of business goals with evolving regulatory priorities.
  • Support the Chief Risk Officer in prioritization, resource planning, and coordination of high-impact projects across multiple business lines.

  • Regulatory Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and track competition, market, and regulatory trends to inform policy decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to influence policy outcomes.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Establish standardized reporting mechanisms to track regulatory engagements and advocacy outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business goals with evolving regulatory priorities.
