Legal Experts: A Strategic Asset

The role of a Legal Executive is critical to supporting our organization's legal and compliance functions.

This position involves reviewing contracts, managing legal documentation, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and internal policies.

  • Review Agreements for accuracy and completeness, applying strict attention to detail.
  • Negotiate terms of Agreements with clients and vendors, utilizing exceptional communication skills.
  • Document Board Meetings and maintain minutes, ensuring accurate records.
  • Provide ROC-related support, including filing documents and maintaining records.
  • Assist with audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide expert advice.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal files and documents, using efficient systems.
  • Prepare and send agreements to clients in a timely manner, meeting deadlines.
  • Stay current on labour law updates and provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Write engaging articles and blog posts on legal subjects, showcasing expertise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Key Requirements:

  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to direct and supervise junior staff members.

Education and Technical Proficiency:

A degree in Law (LLB or LLM) is required, along with proficiency in relevant software applications.
