The Role:

You will be supporting research, analysis, and development of state and national manifestos and policy recommendations. This role requires keen analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for public sector impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct background research, gather data, and support preparation of actionable reports for governance reform initiatives
  • Contribute to drafting policy documents, manifestos, and recommendations under supervision
  • Assist in preparing presentations, briefs, and analysis summaries for both internal and external audiences
  • Keep abreast of political, regulatory, and programmatic developments; introduce best practices and innovations to team processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree from a Tier 1 or 2 academic institution in Social Sciences, Law, Engineering, or related fields
  • Prior experience or demonstrated interest in policy research, governance projects, or political consulting is desirable
  • Strong grasp of India's political landscape and governance structures
