Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team. As a Legal Executive, you will be responsible for conducting thorough legal research and analysis, drafting and reviewing complex legal agreements, and preparing other vital documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide in-depth analysis on various matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements, including non-disclosure agreements and master service agreements.
  • Prepare and review tender documents, authority letters, policies, and terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to draft and review human resources documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal agreements and documents.
  • Perform administrative and paralegal tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Bar-at-Law (B.L.S) degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Superb communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and related tools.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
