Our Inside Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by effectively managing incoming queries, identifying potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Extract maximum potential from incoming client inquiries by following a structured and effective calling process.
  • Understand client requirements to convert inquiries into opportunities.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with the Sales, Design, and Operations functions to prioritize and nurture leads.

Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on client interactions and pipeline status.
  • Track progress at each stage of the sales funnel and take proactive steps to move clients toward closure.

Process Adherence:

  • Follow and refine the established sales processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to enhance client engagement and conversion rates.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan matching, and paid time off.
