Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Jira expert to administer and optimize our Jira/Confluence environments, define standards and workflows, and support Agile Release Trains.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering and optimizing Jira/Confluence platforms, setting up dashboards and reports, and integrating with various tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering and optimizing Jira/Confluence environments to ensure platform stability and best practices adoption.
  • Defining standards and workflows across projects to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Supporting Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums, including PI Planning boards and providing coaching and training to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, customization, and automation.
  • At least 4–7 years of experience in Jira Administration, with expertise in supporting Scaled Agile/SAFe programs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
