Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience administering Jira and Confluence, as well as AI-driven automation features. They will also have a proven record of leading cross-functional projects from discovery through rollout, using Agile, Prosci/ADKAR, or similar frameworks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating Jira and Confluence with Slack, GitHub, and other SaaS tools. They will use APIs, marketplace apps, and automations to automate end-to-end flows. Additionally, they will curate and govern plug-ins, ensuring performance, security, and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the Atlassian product roadmap and maintaining the product backlog
  • Partnering with stakeholders to uncover pain points and translate them into innovative solutions
  • Leading discovery workshops, rapid prototypes, and proof-of-concepts that unlock new ways of working
  • Designing dashboards and OKRs that surface insights and track adoption
  • Championing change management and delivering live training
  • Defining and auditing permission models balancing collaboration, privacy, and compliance requirements
  • Upskilling the Global Service Desk team to scale end-user support

Required Skills and Qualifications

Skills:

  • 6+ years administering Jira and Confluence and AI-driven automation features
  • Strong integration skills with REST APIs, webhooks, and scripting (e.g., Python, Node.js)
  • Fluency with analytics and reporting tools such as eazyBI, Tableau, or BigQuery
  • Polished communication and facilitation skills
