Senior Maintenance Planning Operations Manager

Job Overview
The Senior Maintenance Planning Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team of maintenance planners, schedulers, and permit writers in developing detailed plans and schedules to execute planned maintenance and project work.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinates routine maintenance planning and scheduling activities with Operations, Maintenance, and Technical teams.
- Provides Subject Matter Expert (SME) support on planning, estimating, and scheduling for executed project work.
- Ensures high-quality development of work packages in compliance with standards.
- Drives accountability for standard planning and estimating tools and practices.
- Delivers quality execution work plans and updates scope status and forecast.
- Works closely with Operations to integrate schedules into the operating plan.
- Partners with Asset Maintenance Team Leads to feed planned work into the asset integrated plan.
- Develops tools to streamline cost and execution forecasting accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in relevant Engineering or Maintenance Discipline.
- Previous Oil and Gas experience in a Maintenance Planning Leadership Position.
- Strong technical background in planning and scheduling tools.
- Understanding of planning processes including constructability, advanced work packaging, and materials management.
