Human Resources Strategic Partner

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Strategic Partner. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business success by providing strategic HR support and guidance to our leaders and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Management: Partner with leadership to identify critical roles and develop plans to attract and retain top talent that aligns with our business needs and values.
  2. HRBP Team Leadership: Lead the HRBP team to drive focus on key human resource metrics such as recruitment, retention, engagement, learning, and compensation & benefits.
  3. Coaching and Development: Coach business leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams and provide training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and competencies.
  4. Employee Relations: Provide oversight and expertise to manage employee relations, including labour and employment concerns, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies and communication plans to support major organizational transformations.
  6. Workforce Planning: Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights to executive leadership on workforce planning and HR KPIs, informing business decisions and driving growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR leadership and strategy, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret HR data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI PHR/SPHR are a plus.
