Sales Team Leader

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be the final point of contact in our sales funnel, overseeing client engagement and ensuring deal closure with proper documentation. You'll work closely with our CRM teams and clients to maintain a smooth, high-quality sales experience.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers and brokers to assist in closure of referred clients, updating them on the status of their leads and documentation.
- Attend direct walk-ins and sourced leads at our project site, presenting projects, USPs, pricing, and offers with clarity and conviction.
- Maintain market research and analysis to understand trends and market landscapes.
- Coordinate documentation and booking processes, preparing cost sheets, booking forms, and collecting necessary KYC documents.
- Collaborate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for smooth execution of bookings.
- Regularly train the sales team on negotiation skills, objection handling, and product updates.
- Prior experience in commercial & residential real estate sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and demanding clients.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and responsive under pressure.
