Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will serve as a senior leader within our team, overseeing the management of closing managers and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

This position requires strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on driving daily adherence to sales protocols, facilitating upsell conversations, and tracking visitor patterns.

Maintaining in-depth knowledge of project pricing, unit availability, promotional offers, buyer objections, and negotiation levers is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting daily huddles with closing managers to assign lead priorities and follow-up actions.
  • Monitoring all walk-ins, reviewing discussions, guiding high-value buyers personally, and assigning closing managers strategically.
  • Overseeing inventory presentation and updating offer decks, pricing tools, FAQs, and pitch scripts regularly.
Performance Metrics:

Achievement of revenue targets at the site level, up-sell conversion and average ticket-size optimization, post-sale engagement and relationship continuity, and product and pitch accuracy across customer interactions are key result areas.

Revenue booked weekly/monthly, walk-in to booking conversion ratio, average up-sell value/ticket size per booking, and turnaround time from first visit to closure are key performance indicators.
