Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager with 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for aligning HR practices with business objectives to drive performance and growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR data analysis, proficiency in leveraging data for decision-making, and exceptional leadership skills to manage employee concerns effectively.

The role requires the ability to drive HR initiatives through effective leadership and teamwork, as well as managing employee engagement and retention strategies.

In addition, the successful candidate will have experience in performance management, employee development, and reward and recognition programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Align HR practices with business objectives to drive performance and growth
  • Manage employee concerns effectively while ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal policies

  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Manage performance cycles, including goal-setting, feedback, and coaching
  • Develop and execute employee reward and recognition programs
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • High proficiency level in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret HR data and metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
