ERP Strategist Opportunity

We seek a visionary ERP leader to drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central adoption.

The ideal candidate will leverage ERP capabilities to enable business transformation, enhance cross-functional efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the ERP roadmap aligned with business strategy.
  • Guide teams through ERP adoption, optimization, and innovation within Business Central.
  • Collaborate with business heads to translate organizational goals into ERP-enabled process enhancements.
  • Oversee cross-functional ERP initiatives spanning Finance, Procurement, Sales, Production, and Quality.
  • Monitor emerging ERP trends and technologies, advising leadership on innovations and upgrades that support future growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
  • 10-15 years of experience in ERP strategy, implementation, or consulting, with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central.
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise-wide ERP deployments and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a strong grasp of business processes in Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking, with the ability to link ERP capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central architecture, customization, and functional modules.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
