Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Product Management Specialist to lead our product development efforts.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Analysis, Business Consulting, or Product Management with a minimum of 12 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Document and review product requirements or business use case documents, system specification documents.
  • Participate in opportunity analysis by creating analytical collaterals for decision making.
  • Lead business process flows analysis and operational procedures related to the business domain.
  • Review Test Cases, support Acceptance Testing phases, conduct Train the Trainer phases, support End User Training sessions.
  • Has primary experience with application go-live hand holding post go live for large/mission critical applications.
  • Expertise in agile requirements management processes including maintaining product backlogs, developing user stories, sprint grooming, sprint planning, and overall sprint team activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Agile and Waterfall methodologies understanding.
  • Deriving requirement prioritization, managing conflicting requirements, change management challenges, and MVP approach.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Ability to act as a consultant to customers to influence their business processes.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Air Cargo Domain or related areas such as supply chain management.
  • Industry standard certifications, attended Industry Forums, paper presentation an advantage.

Strong technical skills include proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, MPP, XML standards, SQL Developer.
