About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager to spearhead our Service Category Management initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple cities.

Your primary focus will be on selecting and training new service partners while enhancing the quality of existing ones. This is an operations-intensive role that requires strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.

As the owner of your assigned business, you will have direct influence over its trajectory. We are looking for individuals with a high ownership mindset and a passion for operational excellence.

What We Need
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in ops-related/consulting/strategy roles.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including influencing and leading teams/projects.
  • Able to understand that great outcomes require both intelligence and hard work.
