
Sales Growth Specialist

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success for our vendor partners. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that foster strong relationships with sellers and internal stakeholders alike.
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your negotiation skills, data analysis expertise, and business acumen to drive performance and deliver results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key drivers of growth and develop actionable plans to address them.
You will engage directly with vendors to understand their needs and preferences, using this information to inform your strategy and drive business outcomes. In addition, you will analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative solutions to address them.
Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to drive growth, build strong relationships, and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a combination of technical and soft skills. Here are some of the key requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3+ years of client or vendor-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Skills: Data analysis, negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and time management.
