Job Overview

We're looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and is passionate about technology. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, setting up products, and connecting customers with the Apple ecosystem.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable presenting to live audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver engaging sessions to encourage strong customer participation and generate excitement for Apple products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate familiarity with internal support resources available to customers who want to expand their technical knowledge.
  • Problem-Solving: Drive ownership by recommending solutions that meet customer needs and supporting customers in setting up their devices.
Requirements
  • Availability: Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.
  • Experience: Have experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
  • Skills: Draw from experience with teaching or public presentations and be comfortable presenting to live audiences.
