We are seeking a dynamic leader to build our people, culture, and brand.

This role is not just administrative work. You will collaborate with the CEO, help shape company culture, streamline processes, lead hiring, and ensure every team member thrives.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from campus drives to senior hires
  • Lead performance management, KRA, and incentive systems using advanced HR software
  • Manage payroll, leave, onboarding, and grievance redressals
  • Design training programs, shape company culture, and support event planning
  • Be a go-to person for both people and process
  • Work closely with leadership on people strategy, structure, and scale

The successful candidate should have:

  • 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years leading an HR Department
  • Experience working with advanced HRMS or similar software
  • Fluency in English & Hindi – both written and spoken
  • A strong belief in systems and people
  • Availability to be based in Shivamogga or relocate
