Client Success Strategic Partner
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Client Success Strategic Partner to join our team at Verifitech Services - India. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their overall success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and execute a client-centric strategy to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Success Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement customer success strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Onboarding and Implementation: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient implementation of our products and services.
- Product Adoption and Training: Drive product adoption among clients by providing training and educational resources, proactively addressing any usage barriers.
- Customer Support: Collaborate with the support team to address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Renewals and Upsells: Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Customer Feedback and Advocacy: Collect feedback from clients to gain insights into their experiences and needs, advocating for their requirements internally.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success, presenting regular reports to the management team.
- Industry and Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to enhance our client success strategy.
