We are seeking a talented Pre-Sales Engineer/Solutions Consultant with a proven track record in Customer Experience or Contact Center domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Genesys Contact Center Solutions (Cloud & On-Premise) and knowledge of other contact center platforms such as Cisco, Avaya, NICE, Five9, Talkdesk, and Amazon Connect.
Key Accountabilities:- Providing technical guidance and support to sales teams on Genesys Contact Center Solutions (Cloud & On-Premise)
- Developing and delivering training programs on CX solutions for customers and partners
- Collaborating with product development teams to drive innovation and improve CX solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
