Contact Center Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Servion Global Solutions. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the contact center/CX-related products and services market. This position requires a proven track record of success in consultative selling, relationship building, and strategic account management.
Main Responsibilities
- Taking complete ownership of assigned portfolio/geography, including prospecting, account development, and overall management.
- Developing and maintaining solid business relationships with various stakeholders at all levels at each target account.
- Collaborating with internal resources on quoting, procurement, and delivery processes.
Key Qualifications
- A proven track record of repeated sales success in the CX/AI space.
- Excellent consultative and relationship selling skills.
- Outstanding communication and organization.
- A self-starter with the ability to build relationships, communicate product knowledge, and close deals.
