Job Title: Senior Financial Transformation Lead

We are seeking highly experienced professionals to drive business transformation initiatives across the Financial and Accounting (F&A) process.

  • Receipt-to-Receipt (R2R)
  • Purchase-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end transformation projects in F&A, identifying gaps and inefficiencies for optimization using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  2. Partner with stakeholders to standardize, automate, and simplify F&A processes.
  3. Conduct detailed process mapping, gap analysis, root cause identification, and define future-state processes.
  4. Mentor junior team members and act as a subject matter expert on F&A processes.
  5. Cultivate digital initiatives leveraging tools like SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud-based F&A platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Certification: Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt / Master Black Belt) - Preferred.
