Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project delivery, with expertise in Salesforce project management and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and track progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project goals.
  • Oversee project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions align with best practices, compliance, and security requirements.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines, reporting to stakeholders on progress and risks.
  • Foster effective communication and coordination between teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Drive Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams and Salesforce developers.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to improve future implementations.
Requirements
  • Total experience 11+ years.
  • Strong working experience in Salesforce project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
