Project Management Lead

At our organization, we're looking for a highly skilled project management lead to spearhead key projects and drive business growth. As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for defining priorities and scope, ensuring on-time delivery while staying within budget, and developing detailed project plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; manage project timelines, budgets, and resources;
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business units, IT teams, and external vendors;
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure project alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements; implement robust governance practices to manage risks and ensure compliance;
  • Team Coordination and Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum;

Requirements:
  • Experience: 7-10 years of project management experience;
  • Project Management Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP);
  • Technical Expertise: Good knowledge/understanding of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies and FIDO-based authentication;
  • Other Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a regulated environment, experience of working with global teams.
