Junior Project Manager – SaaS Professional Services Team

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in SaaS project delivery to join our Professional Services Team. In this role, you will support the successful implementation of our SaaS solutions for enterprise clients, working closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

This is an individual contributor role where you will work under the guidance of senior project managers and collaborate with sales and product teams to bridge solution development with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Support:

Assist in creating and maintaining detailed project plans including timelines and resource schedules.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help keep project tasks on track.

Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues early to ensure smooth delivery.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing regular and clear updates under supervision.

Support coordination to align stakeholders on project goals and expectations.

Quality Assurance:

Help review project deliverables to ensure they meet client and internal quality standards.

Contribute to process improvement efforts based on project learnings.

Change Management:

Assist in managing project changes, documenting impacts on scope, timeline, or resources.

Work with senior team members to communicate change impacts effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience managing or coordinating SaaS projects, preferably in a professional services or enterprise environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus but not required.

Practical knowledge of project planning, risk identification, and issue tracking.

Strong communication skills, with ability to interact professionally with clients and cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with SaaS products, deployment practices, and industry standards.

Experience with project management tools like Smartsheets, Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project preferred.

Ability to adapt quickly in a changing, dynamic environment and manage prioritization.

Experience supporting workshops or facilitating prioritization sessions is an advantage.

Business-level fluency in English.

What You'll Do

• Support QA checks to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Assist in managing project changes (scope, timelines, resources).
• Contribute to process improvements based on project learning.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in SaaS project management/delivery (enterprise or professional services preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field (PMP/PRINCE2 a plus).
• Practical knowledge of project planning, risk & issue management.
• Strong communication skills with experience in client-facing interactions.
• Familiarity with SaaS deployment practices & industry standards.
• Hands-on with PM tools (Smartsheets, Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.
• Business-level fluency in English.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
