Job Summary:
As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, client relations, and team management within the consultancy. Willing to play the role of education consultant and administrative staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the consultancy while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to encourage productivity and growth.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the consultancy, including managing client databases, and maintaining accurate records.

Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline consultancy operations.

Establish partnerships and collaborations to enhance the consultancy's service offerings and network.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Initiate telephonic conversation with the potential clients to generate sales.

Address any concerns or challenges that clients may face and provide solutions proactively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Multilingual skills (beneficial).
