Job Title: Junior Architect
- Overview:
We are seeking a talented Junior Architect with a strong emphasis on 3D visualization skills to join our team. As a Junior Architect, you will play a vital role in the conceptualization and design development process, supporting senior architects and designers in translating ideas into visually stunning representations. Your proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp, coupled with a keen design sense, will be essential in producing high-quality architectural visuals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Utilize AutoCAD to assist in drafting architectural plans, elevations, and sections.
- Create detailed 3D models and renderings using SketchUp, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
- Develop conceptual designs and present them through visually compelling renderings and animations.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine designs and improve visual representations.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, including mood boards, design boards, and presentation slides.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in architectural visualization techniques.
- Support the project team in various design-related tasks, such as material selection, site analysis, and design research.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation to ensure efficient workflow and easy access to project information.
- Demonstrate a strong design sense and attention to detail in all aspects of work, contributing to the overall success of projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in 3D visualization software, particularly SketchUp and AutoCAD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in architectural visualization and design.
- Excellent design sense with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual representations.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of rendering plugins and post-production software is a plus.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and building codes/regulations is desirable.
- Openness to learning new tools and techniques to enhance visualization capabilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹9,448.02 - ₹22,000.00 per month
