Mode of Employment: Contract (9-12 Months)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and development of **interactive dashboards** and visualizations using **Power BI** and **Tableau**.
- Architect and implement **scalable BI solutions** that enable high-performance reporting and data exploration.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure **data pipelines and sources** are optimized for reporting efficiency.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to **gather requirements** and translate them into actionable BI strategies.
- Define and enforce **best practices** for data governance, version control, dashboard usability, and performance optimization.
- Provide **technical leadership** and mentorship to junior BI developers and analysts.
- Stay updated with new features and trends in BI tools and technologies.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **8+ years** of experience in BI/reporting/data analytics roles.
- Expert-level hands-on experience with **Power BI** and **Tableau**.
- Strong knowledge of **data modeling**, **data warehousing concepts**, and **ETL processes**.
- Advanced **SQL** skills and experience working with large-scale **relational databases**.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with **cloud-based data platforms** such as **Azure**, **AWS**, or **Snowflake** is a strong plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience implementing **enterprise BI strategies** and solutions.
- Knowledge of **DAX**, **Power Query (M)** language, and **Tableau Calculations**.
- Understanding of **data security** and **access control** in BI platforms.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: Up to ₹2,200,000.00 per year
