Oracle HCM Solutions Architect (Compensation & Payroll)

Location: Remote (Must be available 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Eastern Time)

About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Oracle HCM Solutions Architect to take a leadership role in optimizing our global Compensation and Payroll functions. You will be the technical expert responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing solutions within our Oracle Fusion environment, with a heavy emphasis on leveraging the modern Redwood user experience. This is a hands-on architect role ideal for a problem-solver who enjoys mentoring others and driving projects from conception to successful payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the technical authority for Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation and Payroll modules.

Lead the review, redesign, and configuration of grade and grade ladder structures at the position level for both union and non-union workforces.

Configure and manage end-to-end compensation plans (merit and bonus) for US, Puerto Rico, and Central America populations, ensuring accurate calculations and seamless approval flows.

Architect and implement the migration to the Oracle Redwood UI, including customizing workflows and enhancing the user experience.

Develop and enable reports, dashboards, and total compensation statements to support business decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional business units (especially Compensation teams) to gather requirements and ensure successful solution delivery.

Provide expert guidance on best practices, conduct system reviews, and mentor junior developers on the team.

Escalate and manage resolution for any solution defects with Oracle Support.

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves):
7+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion), with at least 3+ years focused specifically on Compensation and Payroll modules.

Proven, hands-on project experience with Oracle Redwood UI is mandatory.

Demonstrated expertise in configuring grade ladders, compensation plans, merit cycles, and bonus calculations.

Experience in configuring position management and enabling grade ladders at the position level.

Strong understanding of the end-to-end process from compensation planning to payroll processing.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on removing customizations in favor of OOTB functionality.

Ability to work independently, lead technical discussions, and mentor team members.

Must be available to work core hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Eastern Time.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
