Immediate Opportunity for a Service Design Expert

We are seeking a seasoned service designer to join our innovation team. This is an exciting chance to apply service design principles to shape innovative offerings at the intersection of finance and emerging technology.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market fit for a new proposition
  • Own research methodology and facilitation with users and stakeholders to uncover new opportunities
  • Demonstrate expertise with systems thinking and creating optimised ecosystems that balance user, business, and technology priorities
  • Challenge existing assumptions with behavioural insight and design expertise to ensure a new proposition aligns with user needs
  • Conduct concept and proposition validation with users and translate actionable insights into the next iteration

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6+ years of experience as a service designer
  • Able to think critically and hold complexity across multiple layers of an organisation or service
  • Experience working in the financial sector, understanding its nuances
  • Collaborative experience with emerging technology and technical teams to drive innovation

Bonus skills include blockchain, lean startup methodologies, or UX/UI design capabilities.
