Job Description

As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for providing field service support for our products. This includes handling breakdown calls in a timely manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and effectively managing customer expectations.

You will also be responsible for preparing monthly reports to present the overall performance of the service and technical application management. Additionally, you will monitor repairs and maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency and target required hours for machine repair.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support to customers
  • Handle all breakdown calls promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Prepare and present monthly reports to stakeholders
  • Monitor and optimize repair and maintenance processes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering or related field
  • At least three years of working experience in laboratory equipment repair and troubleshooting
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
