Technical Support Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team.

  • Job Description:
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications for global customers and partners.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. Provide expert technical assistance and problem resolution via multiple communication channels.
  • 2. Document and verify reported problems, engaging additional resources when necessary.
  • 3. Log/report issues on our CRM, providing effective communication to customers, peers, and teams.
  • 4. Set issue priority based on urgency and business impact.
  • 5. Closely monitor the quality of service delivered by ensuring all customer issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
  • Mandatory hands-on experience in: Networking, CentOs Linux, Windows OS.
  • Mandatory experience in at least two of the following: Contact Center Technologies, Application Support, Telephony experience / SIP, XML scripting, Object Oriented Programming.
  • Nice to Have Skills:
  • VXML, CCML, RDBMS, Microsoft LUIS/CLU, API's, SMS, Demonstrated ability to learn complex software tools quickly.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, documentation, and teamwork skills.
  • Logical reasoning, analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and engage in additional responsibilities.
  • Strong customer communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Cloud technologies – AWS and/or Google knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Basic Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (Salesforce Communities a PLUS).
  • Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a technical and fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work hours outside of normal shift, to meet customer needs.
  • Flexibility to work during weekends.
  • Technical Certifications and second or third language a plus but not mandatory.
