Job Title: Design Expert

We are seeking a skilled and creative Design Expert to join our team.

In this role, you will play a key part in planning and preparing approval drawings for residential and commercial projects.

You will work closely with senior architects and other team members to deliver high-quality designs and meet project deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare approval drawings for residential and commercial projects
  • Assist in developing design concepts and schemes
  • Collaborate with senior architects to ensure design quality and consistency
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
  • Assist in preparing and submitting permit applications

Requirements:

  • 0-4 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and practices
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
