Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT service delivery expert to join our team. As an IT Service Delivery Expert, you will play a key role in providing exceptional IT support and service desk services.

Your primary responsibility will be to log, track, and resolve IT incidents using Manage Engine and ADX tools. You will also be responsible for assigning tasks to engineers and ensuring timely closure of issues.

In addition, you will maintain HP warranty call trackers in ADX, ensure SLA compliance, and generate management reports including daily open calls, summaries, and CSAT reports.

You will also be responsible for obtaining hardware quotations, coordinating approvals, and processing purchase orders. Furthermore, you will track invoice submissions, follow up on timely payments, and coordinate with vendors for supply chain efficiency.

Another important aspect of this role is monitoring vendor and team performance, submitting daily reports, evaluating AMC partners' service, and preparing minutes of meetings (MOMs) to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
