
Sales and Technical Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Nurture relationships with dealers, distributors, and institutional customers to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Provide expert technical support and resolve issues related to products, invoices, and services.
- Collect market insights and submit reports to inform business decisions.
- Monitor competitors' activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Develop a deep understanding of product features, capabilities, and operating principles.
- Ensure effective display of products at dealerships and create marketing materials to boost brand awareness.
- Expand the distribution network by appointing new dealers and conducting market research.
- Visit institutions, hotels, hospitals, and other potential clients to generate project orders and leads.
- Meet consultants, architects, and builders to introduce products and create awareness.
- Visit end-customers for sales, technical, or collection purposes as needed.
- Regularly visit dealerships, project sites, and conduct site inspections for solar and HP products.
- Coordinate with senior sales management to provide estimates for product installation.
