
Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an individual contributor. Your primary focus will be on driving enrollments for our tech programs through consultative sales.
In this role, you will guide prospective students through the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to successful enrollment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead Conversion: Respond to inquiries, follow up with potential students, and convert leads into enrollments using effective consultative selling techniques.
- Consultative Sales: Understand prospective students' needs and provide tailored guidance on how our tech programs can support their career advancement.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to efficiently manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely closure of enrollments.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, including call volume, conversions, and revenue goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on strategy, maximize lead quality, and share valuable feedback to improve campaigns.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills, with a proven ability in consultative selling. Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Additionally, you must be able to work independently, set goals, and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
