Job Title: Enterprise AI Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise AI Program Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional initiatives for our cutting-edge enterprise AI products.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can bridge technical, operational, and business teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple product lines, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and drive programs from concept to delivery.

  • Lead end-to-end execution of strategic programs involving multiple products.
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with product, engineering, and client teams.
  • Oversee integration efforts with client environments, including ERP, CRM, and legacy systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in program or project management within enterprise software, SaaS, AI/ML, or digital transformation domains.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, enterprise integrations, and document automation workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with complex interdependencies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification (preferred).
