About the Role

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to drive the integration, optimization, and transformation of our technology ecosystem. This will support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Integration: Manage organizational systems including CRM, LMS, SAAS platforms, telephony, ticketing systems, and marketing channels.
  • Project Management: Conduct market research, gap assessments, requirement analysis, and build roadmaps for projects. Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central project coordinator, ensuring alignment and smooth execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships by monitoring service quality, negotiating contracts, and implementing cost-effective strategies for strong, reliable partnerships.
  • Asset & Infrastructure Management: Manage company IT assets and maintain robust network infrastructure to ensure connectivity, security, and maximum value utilization across locations.
  • Process Implementation: Design and implement standardized, automated processes across departments to improve operational efficiency and reduce dependency on manual efforts.
  • Digital Transformation: Lead digital initiatives to modernize operations, automate workflows, and enhance organizational capabilities through innovative technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in IT, preferably in a startup environment. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience with system integration, proven expertise in project management, excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and optimize organizational processes is essential.
