Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Deal Strategy and Pricing function. This individual will be responsible for building, developing, and leading a Center of Excellence (CoE) team that delivers world-class deal structuring and pricing support across multiple countries, industries, and verticals.

The ideal candidate will have 16+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years of people management experience, managing both individual contributors and people managers. They should possess superior analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience with profitability analysis and pricing strategy.

The selected candidate will also have extensive experience in a deal management pricing approval and/or services risk review role, with high-level fluency in English. They should be able to communicate complex concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a Center of Excellence (CoE) Deal Strategy function.
  • Drive the implementation of the CoE strategy and design a common program management methodology, standards, and tools.
  • Lead the execution of a CoE governance, reporting, and review framework.
  • Implement strategic plans and optimize operational performance with appropriate controls and processes.
  • Mentor and motivate the team, monitoring performance, and fostering ongoing professional development.
  • Review and manage pricing escalations for complex deals.
  • Partner with senior Sales Leadership, sales community, and other internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 16+ years of professional work experience, including 7+ years of people management experience.
  • Superior analytical background with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive experience in a deal management pricing approval and/or services risk review role.
  • High-level fluency in English.
  • Able to build cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively to drive results.
  • Aptitude to learn and foster AI tools to enhance team productivity.
