About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires working 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM shifts. The successful candidate will be based in Mumbai and will be responsible for managing airline ticketing operations, including fare audits and research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage airline ticketing operations, including fare audits and research
  • Process ticketing transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline fare policies, schedule changes, exchanges, and other relevant information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sabre and Amadeus systems
  • Excellent fluency in English, with proficiency and comprehension skills (spoken and written)
  • Accent neutral verbal communications (B1H)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to research and analyze data points
  • Independence and self-motivation, with ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹20,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Other benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
