Job Title: Technical Support Associate

Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic professional with strong communication skills and knowledge of HR/payroll practices to join our team. This role involves addressing customer queries related to various internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding payroll, HR policies, benefits, and internal queries.
  • Log, track, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to resolve issues.
  • Provide clear communication and guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records with confidentiality.
  • Support the development of FAQs, knowledge base, and self-service tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in HR, Payroll, or Customer Service (internships or entry-level roles considered).
  • Basic knowledge of labor law and payroll practices is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, including Spanish, are required; English is a plus.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS/Payroll tools is an advantage.
