About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing second and third-level technical support to customers, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with other teams to identify and resolve technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, or online channels.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical problems.
  • Document and communicate technical solutions and best practices to customers and internal teams.
  • Continuously monitor and improve support processes and systems to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support, preferably with a focus on L2/L3 support.
  • Strong technical background, with expertise in one or more areas such as ETLs, databases, or AWS cloud technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.
