Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist - Client Servicing

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled advertising account manager to support our client servicing team.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of work experience in a mainline agency and non-digital work experience is a must.

This role involves developing effective solutions for clients, creating campaigns and generating innovative ideas based on client briefs. The successful candidate will be able to work with planning, design and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of clients' requirements.

The job also includes meeting with clients to conceptualize and present marketing strategies, campaigns and launch plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing marketing plans and budgets for campaigns to align with client goals.

Your qualifications should include brand strategy, planning and management, client management and servicing, as well as creative conceptualisation and orchestration with logical and analytical understanding.

You will need to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Team playing and operations are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
