Senior Equity Corporate Actions Specialist

A key team player with strong technical skills, certified in NISM-Series-II-A. Should be able to handle a team of 5-7 persons.
- Handles RTA operations for listed and unlisted sectors, manages SLAs and timelines defined for RTA activities as per SEBI's Master Circular.
- Manages all types of equity corporate actions, including dividends, preference shares, debentures, bonus issues, private placements, and rights issues.
- Has good exposure to unlisted equity admission, including SME/Main Board IPO.
- Coordinates AGM/EGM/EVOTING/Postal Ballot.
- Responsible for handling audits: internal audit, SEBI Audit, System Audit.
- Should be technically sound and capable of handling automation and integration of activities in software with IT support.
- Coordinates independently with clients to resolve corporate action-related queries and admission-related matters efficiently.
- Coordinates closely with depositories (NSDL/CDSL) for corporate actions and admission processes and SEBI.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Constantly updates job-specific knowledge and applies it.
Job Requirements:
Candidates from Commerce background with good knowledge of RTA operations are preferred.
Post-graduation is desirable.
The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience with some RTA/Depository Participant/share broking firms.
