Senior Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in fundraising, corporate restructuring, and investment facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and other quasi-judicial and regulatory authorities
  • Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial transactions
  • Lead and oversee litigation and dispute resolution proceedings
  • Draft, vet, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents
  • Provide legal advisory on matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
  • Perform in-depth legal research and interpretation of laws
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel to address regulatory issues and compliance matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree - mandatory
  • Master of Laws (LL.M) degree - preferred
  • 3-5 years of PQE in corporate law
