Job Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Legal Associate located in Central Delhi. The role entails preparing legal documents, analyzing legal issues, managing case files, conducting thorough research, and providing expert legal advice to clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Attending court hearings, negotiations, and arbitration sessions.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in Indirect Taxation, Power Sector Law, Shipping Laws, and Dispute Resolution. Proficiency in law and handling legal matters, experience in Legal Document Preparation and Analytical Skills, excellent Communication skills, strong research and case management abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure are essential.

The successful candidate will be required to hold membership in good standing with the Bar Council.
